- Designing networks, managing access and encryption, and implementing DevSecOps practices.
- Monitoring environments and troubleshooting complex issues related to AWS, Linux, Kubernetes, and networking.
- Planning for migrations, backups, high availability, and disaster recovery.
- Preparing architectural documentation, operational procedures, and technical recommendations in collaboration with development, security, and project management teams.
Mandatory requirements
Due to the formal criteria of the project, all of the following requirements must be met:
- Higher education degree corresponding to EQF level 7—typically a master’s degree or equivalent.
- A minimum of 15 years of professional experience in IT.
- Proficiency in Polish at a minimum level of C1, and in English at a minimum level of B2.

Technologies and areas of work
AWS: EC2, EKS, VPC, IAM, KMS, RDS, S3, Route 53, CloudFront, and CloudWatch. Additionally, Kubernetes, Karpenter, Docker, Podman, OpenShift, Helm, Kustomize, Terraform, Ansible, as well as CI/CD and GitOps tools.
Experience in monitoring and observability—Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk—as well as infrastructure security and vulnerability scanning (using tools such as Trivy, Checkov, or Snyk) will also be important.
Nice to have
- AWS or Google Cloud architect certifications (or equivalent).
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) certification or training.
- Training in OpenShift, Terraform, DevSecOps, Ansible, Elastic Stack, or Linux administration.
- Experience working in international, multicultural teams.
Certificates and training are an added advantage — they are not a mandatory requirement.
Why is it worth it?
A long-term project within the environment of European institutions, involving complex infrastructural challenges and the opportunity to combine architectural work with the practical implementation of solutions.
