Case Study: New Website with CRM Integration for the Real Estate Office Obrotni.com

 

Project Goal

The goal of the project was to design and implement a modern, responsive website for the real estate office Obrotni.com, fully integrated with the ASARI CRM property management system. The client wanted to:

  • refresh their online image,

  • significantly improve the quality of property listings,

  • automate the data flow between the website and the CRM system.

Project Scope

Design Phase – Mockups and User Journey (1 month)

  • A completely new visual concept of the website was created, focusing on ease of use and visual appeal for end users.

  • The Creative Director designed an interactive mockup, considering:

    • user journeys,

    • calls to action (CTA),

    • ergonomic property browsing.

 

Implementation Phase – Development and Testing (8 weeks)

  • The website was implemented on WordPress using a custom theme based on the prepared mockup.

  • An experienced WordPress developer created a dedicated API integration with the ASARI CRM system:

    • Synchronization of images, technical parameters, and property descriptions,

    • Frequent data updates (dynamic listing updates).

  • Server configuration and SEO optimization were carried out:

    • Domain parking, DNS configuration,

    • Selection and configuration of high-performance hosting,

    • Technical SEO settings: URL structure, sitemap, meta data, speed optimization.
