Project Goal


The objective was to develop a modern and user-friendly training platform tailored for small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs), offering easy, 24/7 access to knowledge in various formats and languages. The solution was designed to be scalable, intuitive, and adaptable to diverse industry needs.

Our Role


The QAbird team was responsible for:

  • Conducting workshops and preparing documentation to gather business and technical requirements,

  • Organizing and coordinating agile development sprints,

  • Performing comprehensive software testing (functional, UI/UX, cross-browser),

  • Delivering the platform's branding, including name, logo, and visual identity,

  • Supporting the EUIPO trademark registration process to secure EU-wide brand protection.

Innovation: AI-Enhanced Content Creation


The platform introduced AI tools for training content generation and localization:

  • Automated production of training videos based on expert-provided scripts,

  • Multilingual dubbing using voice synthesis and video AI technologies,

  • Personalized content delivery based on industry and user proficiency level.

Technical Scope

  • Design and testing of core features: account management, content modules, and administration dashboard,

  • Full responsiveness across devices and consistent UX validation,
