System Analyst - Adv. Management

QAbird is a team of specialists in data, architecture, and automation who combine analytical thinking with the practical implementation of change. We’re looking for someone who can take a bird’s-eye view of a project :bird: but isn’t afraid to dive into system and technology details.

• Translating business needs into concrete technical solutions – no fluff, with real impact

• Daily collaboration with internal clients, analysts, developers, testers, and architects

• Presenting concepts and technical solutions to stakeholders – clearly and to the point

• Ensuring that proposed changes are consistent with the system architecture and the overall environment

• Creating documentation using tools like Confluence, Enterprise Architect, UML – not just for the sake of writing, but with purpose

• You have at least 3 years of experience as a system analyst and can work independently

• You know that communication isn’t just about emails – it’s about truly listening and asking the right questions

• You think analytically, draw accurate conclusions, and aren’t afraid to say “this doesn’t make sense”

• You enjoy collaboration – both with the team and the client – and know how to organize it effectively

• You’re open to B2B cooperation (preferred model)

• Have experience in insurance-related projects (though it’s not a must-have)

• Have seen how system architecture is designed (and maybe even done it yourself)

• See Agile/Scrum as more than just a LinkedIn buzzword

• Are interested in modern AI solutions – like ChatGPT, document automation, or predictive models
