As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing mobile and web projects from A to Z – from discovery and planning to implementation and development. You will serve as a liaison between our US clients and project teams in Poland, ensuring quality, timeliness, and a positive collaborative atmosphere.

• Lead projects for US clients (IoT, wearables, connected devices).
• Manage the full project cycle – discovery, scoping, delivery, launch, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with project teams: designers, developers, QA, and other PMs.
• Lead SCRUM ceremonies, plan sprints, and maintain backlogs, budgets, and deadlines.
• Co-create the product vision with clients – advise on MVPs, priorities, and feature development.
• Plan resources and support the organizational staffing process.
• Improve processes – within the team and the company – to make working better every day.

• Jira, Confluence – task and knowledge management
• Slack, Zoom, GSuite – communication and collaboration

• Work fully remotely or from our office in central Warsaw.
• Flexible work hours – work in the CET/US time zone.
• Projects with US clients, collaboration with a team in Poland.

• At least 5-7 years of experience as an IT Project Manager (experience in developing software and hardware solutions is a plus).
• Excellent knowledge of Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
• Experience working with international clients (preferably from the US).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Good English (C1 or higher) – daily communication with clients.
