Data Engineer - DWH / ETL / Informatica / BI / Analytics Specialist

Type of Cooperation: B2B Contract

Location: Remote from Poland, collaboration with the client’s team in the UK banking sector

Start Date: Immediately, for a minimum of one year

We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer specializing in DWH/ETL/Informatica/BI/Analytics to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in project implementation, working with cross-functional teams, and possesses excellent English skills (both spoken and written).

• Designing, developing, and delivering high-quality ETL solutions.
• Performing data quality analysis and creating mappings using PowerCenter 10.2 and Informatica Data Quality (IDQ).
• Utilizing Informatica cloud tools, such as Data Governance, Catalog, CDQ, and Data Integration.
• Building data warehouses and data marts using star schema and snowflake schema.
• Ensuring ETL solutions comply with best practices, including error handling, data archiving, data reconciliation, and data manipulation.
• Migrating Informatica code and configuring CI/CD pipelines for code deployment.
• Managing data flows and integration using Azure Data Factory pipelines.
• Modeling databases (logical, physical, dimensional modeling) and OLAP solutions, including Oracle (SQL, PL/SQL).

• Experience working with ETL, knowledge of standards and best practices.
• Advanced knowledge of Informatica tools (PowerCenter, IDQ, cloud versions).
• Skills in data modeling and designing DWH/ETL solutions.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory pipelines and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written).
• Availability for full-time work on projects for a client from the United Kingdom.
